At House of Rudra, we want you to have the best shopping experience. While we do not offer returns, we do provide an easy exchange option in case you receive a damaged product.

📌 Exchange Guidelines

- Exchanges are applicable only for damaged or defective products.

- Customers must share a clear picture of the damaged product.

- An unboxing video of the package is mandatory to validate the exchange request.

- Requests without proper proof (picture + unboxing video) will not be eligible.

🔄 Exchange Process

- Record a short unboxing video while opening your package.

- If you find damage, take clear pictures of the product.

- Email or WhatsApp us with the video + pictures within 24–48 hours of delivery.

- After verification, we will arrange for an exchange.

⚠️ Note: No exchanges will be accepted for reasons such as dissatisfaction, incorrect choice, or change of mind.
